More Info:              This apartment is not on the grounds of the B&B. It is a self catering apartment down on the beach. A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment, with large private patio leading on a communal pool. The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a leisurely 15 minute stroll along the beach to Puerto Banus. Newly remodeled it features a modern kitchen, a/c and heat in every room, television with English channels, and high speed internet. The apartment is located on the ground floor with 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, large living room, and a large private patio that leads onto the communal pool area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, built in wardrobe, a/c and heat, and an en suite bathroom with a tub and a shower. The second bedroom has 2 single bed (can be made into 1 queen bed on request), built in wardrobes, a/c and heat, and direct access to the patio. The second bathroom has a shower stall. A 80euro cleaning fee is not included in the price. 50% of payment is taken when the booking is made (non refundable), and the remainder is charged 30 days before your arrival.
